The Talent Connection USA, Inc. is an Entertainment Management and Referral Service that provides “free” on-line portfolio service for talent - it is not a talent agency, and does not perform the functions of a talent agency.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, all personal data provided to The Talent Connection USA, Inc. will be handled in accordance with our online privacy practices. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this site any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, offensive, pornographic, or profane material, or any other material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under the law.

Term of Use Revisions

The Talent Connection USA, Inc. may at any time revise these terms of use by updating this page. By using this site, you agree to be bound by any revisions on this page. Therefore, you should periodically visit this page to determine the current terms of use.

Referral Agreement

The Talent Connection USA, Inc. will continually provide the additional avenue of exposure for all talent by emailing casting directors, talent agencies and respective clients. If work is secured, TTC will contact talent and provide complete information regarding work. If accepted upon by both parties, TTC will secure a referral fee paid by the agency. Payment would be sent to talent and TTC respectfully. All salary or wages quoted to talent for project are “after” referral fees have been deducted and agreed upon exclusively by TTC and Client. It is also agreed upon that talent will not contact agencies, film production companies, directors, producers or affiliates and clients of TTC direct. In addition, it is also agreed upon that no Client shall contact talent directly. If Talent agrees to accept offer from Client without consulting TTC directly, talent will then be liable for all agency fees. Violation of this policy can result in termination of referral and casting by TTC and all affiliates.
